In March of 2021, the FCA operational resilience policy was released as a guideline to help firms strengthen their operational resilience as well as mitigate risks to possible disruptions. Created with the Bank of England and the Prudential Regulation Authority, the policy called for firms to initiate vigorous strategies for severe but plausible risks.
